Exchange, Refund & Delivery Policies

Return Policy
Goods purchased from our Customer Portals must be returned by post to the Barossa Workwear store from which the goods originated. This information will be provided to you via email. All transactions are AUD.


In addition to your statutory rights, the Barossa Workwear Returns Policy outlines how you can return your purchase from a Barossa Workwear online order if you:

  • Changed your mind; or

  • Purchased an incorrect size and the product doesn't fit.


We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your account number, original invoice number, and order number, which would have been emailed to you at the time of placing your order online.


To start a return, please contact us at BarossaWorkwear@barossa.coop. You will need to provide your order number, your name, and details of the item you would like to return, along with your reason for making the return request. If your return request meets our conditions and is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a Returns Portal link to facilitate your return with Barossa Workwear.


It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession until they reach Barossa Workwear. Items sent back to us without completing a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Faulty Goods
When you receive your items from Barossa Workwear, we recommend that you immediately examine the goods delivered to ensure there are no visible signs of damage or faults, and that the goods received match the order you placed. If you believe the product is faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own) within 5 days of purchase, please contact BarossaWorkwear@barossa.coop for assistance.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., sunscreen)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Underwear
     

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.


IMPORTANT: Please note that all funds to be returned are processed by Barossa Workwear. Products purchased online may not be returned to a store at this time. Credit cards presented in-store may not be refunded for online purchases if they do not match the original credit card used for the purchase from Barossa Workwear. You will receive an email from BarossaWorkwear@barossa.coop within 24 hours of your return arriving in-store. This confirmation will include a copy of your completed refund for your records. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue.


Delivery Charges on Returns
If you are returning a product, it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges. All delivery charges are non-refundable. Any goods replaced under the Returns Policy due to being damaged, faulty, or incorrect will be re-delivered to you free of charge.
Barossa Workwear Deliveries


Important Note: Barossa Workwear only delivers within South Australia.


All orders placed on our website, customer portals, or in-store will be fulfilled from our store. Delivery methods and fees will be agreed upon at the point of ordering.


Standard Postal Delivery
Pay online, and your goods will be posted to you via Australia Regular Post. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery. Rural areas may take longer.


All delivery costs will be covered by the customer. If an item needs to be ordered in, it may take up to 15 days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates only.


If we are unable to dispatch your order promptly or if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you via email, text, or phone as soon as possible. We will provide you with an updated estimated delivery time, giving you the opportunity to make alternative arrangements if needed.


Barossa Workwear will not be accountable for late deliveries or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from late delivery. Barossa Workwear shall have no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by factors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of nature, war, terrorism, riots, etc.


Acceptance of Goods
Upon delivery of your order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects, or damage and to notify us within 2 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
